Bespoke Gym PT sessions that work for you

Park Hall Hotel and Spa Gym has state of the art facilities with a fantastic atmosphere! I run regular sessions throughout the week. If you love it there you can join and you get use of the gym and sauna AND all classes for free!

If you want to workout with friends you can book pairs or small group sessions:

1 to 1 - £40 per session

2 to 1 - £70 per session (£35 a head)

3 to 1  - £75 per session (£25 per head)

4 to 1 - £80 per session (£20 per head)

Small group PT sessions of 8 people - £100 (£12 per head) 

Sessions booked available on an individual basis or in blocks for a reduced rate.

 If you'd prefer a PT session from your own home or home gym.
Or you have dependents which mean you are unable to leave your home at certain times.

...OR just don't like the thought of going to a gym!! 

(That's fairly normal you know!) 

Workout at home with The Croston PT:

1 to 1 Home PT sessions  - 1 session = £40. 

2 to 1 Home PT sessions - 1 session = £70 (£35 a head.)

3 to 1 Home PT sessions - 1 session =  £90 (£30 per head)

4 to 1 Home PT sessions - 1 session = £120 (£30 per head)

Any sessions that require more than 30 minutes travel from Croston incur an average of £40 per hour travel cost. 

e.g. 30 mins travel each way 

60 mins total = 30 mins free + £20 travel cost.
